TOUCH is a gentle, grounding space for male‑identifying people to reconnect with themselves and others through mindful movement, consensual touch, and shared presence. This monthly circle offers an opportunity to slow down, soften, and experience connection in a way that is supportive, respectful, and therapeutic.

Across the evening, you’ll be guided through practices designed to help you feel more at home in your body and more connected to those around you. Expect a blend of partner yoga, consensual touch exercises, and structured opportunities for listening and being heard. Everything is invitational, trauma‑aware, and held with clear boundaries.
